Cambria Intelligence Platform
Multi-seller Amazon analytics built for brand owners. Inventory intelligence, advertising performance, customer lifetime value, buy box monitoring, and AI-powered tools — all in one dashboard.
Feature 1: Inventory Intelligence Dashboard
Monitor real-time inventory health across all of your Amazon seller accounts from a single view. Track FBA stock levels, inbound shipments, sell-through velocity, and days of supply for every SKU. Get automated alerts when stock is running low and export demand forecasts with rolling 90, 120, and 180-day forward projections — complete with editable promo multipliers so you can plan for seasonal spikes.
Key capabilities:
- Unified multi-seller inventory view
- Daily sell-through velocity and days-of-supply calculations
- Demand forecast export with live Excel formulas
- Restock recommendations based on lead times and case pack quantities
- COGS and case pack configuration per SKU
Feature 2: Advertising Performance Analytics
Aggregate ad performance data across all Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns — across every seller account — in one advertising dashboard. Analyze spend, sales, ACoS, ROAS, impressions, and clicks at the campaign, ad group, and keyword level. Identify top-performing and underperforming campaigns at a glance with sortable, filterable tables and trend visualizations.
Key capabilities:
- Multi-account ad performance aggregation
- Campaign-level and keyword-level analytics
- ACoS, ROAS, spend, and sales trend tracking
- Recurring sync every 6 hours for near-real-time data
Feature 3: Customer Lifetime Value & Cohort Analytics
Understand your repeat purchase behavior and customer retention with LTV and cohort analysis. The platform groups buyers by acquisition month to show how revenue, order frequency, and retention rates develop over time. Geographic demand analysis at the state level helps inform inventory allocation and regional marketing decisions.
How it works: The platform accesses order data through the Amazon SP-API Orders API using Restricted Data Tokens (Tax Invoicing role). Buyer email addresses are immediately SHA-256 hashed before storage — we never store raw buyer email addresses. Shipping geography is retained only at the state and country level for regional demand analysis. All personally identifiable information (PII) is either hashed or generalized within 30 days of order delivery in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
Why Tax Invoicing access is required: Customer lifetime value analysis requires the ability to identify repeat purchasers across multiple orders. The Tax Invoicing role grants access to the Orders API's buyer information fields via Restricted Data Tokens, which is the only mechanism to link orders placed by the same customer. Without this access, every order appears as an isolated transaction with no way to measure repeat purchase rates, customer retention, or lifetime value — metrics that are essential for brand owners making inventory and marketing investment decisions.
Key capabilities:
- Cohort-based revenue and retention analysis by acquisition month
- Repeat buyer identification using hashed (anonymized) buyer identifiers
- Geographic demand analysis at the state level
- First-purchase ASIN tracking for acquisition channel analysis
- Exportable cohort tables for reporting
Feature 4: Buy Box & Reseller Monitoring
Protect your brand from unauthorized resellers and buy box hijackers. The platform monitors the buy box status of every ASIN across all seller accounts using real-time SQS notifications from Amazon. When a new reseller appears on one of your listings or you lose the buy box, you receive an immediate alert via the dashboard and Slack — with direct links to the ASIN and the competing seller's storefront.
Key capabilities:
- Real-time buy box change detection via Amazon SQS notifications
- "New Reseller" vs. "Buy Box Lost" alert distinction
- Self-hijack suppression for sellers with both FBA and FBM accounts
- Slack integration for instant notifications
- BSR (Best Sellers Rank) daily tracking per ASIN
Feature 5: Promotions & Deals Dashboard
Track all active and upcoming promotions, coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, and Top Deals across every seller account. See estimated deal impact, discount percentages, and promotional periods at a glance. Plan your promotional calendar and avoid overlapping deals.
Key capabilities:
- Multi-seller promotional calendar view
- Deal type categorization (coupons, Lightning Deals, Best Deals, Top Deals)
- Discount and fee visibility per promotion
- Historical deal performance tracking
Feature 6: Subscribe & Save Analytics
Track Subscribe & Save enrollment, subscriber counts, and replenishment trends across your catalog. Understand which ASINs are driving subscription revenue and identify products with high subscription potential.

How We Protect Your Data
Cambria is built with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) requirements at its foundation. Here is how we handle your data:
Encryption at Rest: All Amazon API credentials (refresh tokens) are encrypted using AES-128-CBC with HMAC-SHA256 authentication (Fernet) before storage. The encryption key is managed through AWS Secrets Manager.
PII Anonymization: Buyer email addresses from order data are SHA-256 hashed immediately upon receipt — we never store raw buyer emails. Shipping address data is generalized to the state and country level only. All personally identifiable information is anonymized within 30 days of order delivery.
Access Controls: Dashboard access requires per-user accounts with bcrypt-hashed passwords enforcing minimum length and complexity requirements. Sessions use HMAC-SHA256 signed cookies with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite attributes. Role-based permissions (admin/viewer) control feature access per user.
Infrastructure Security: The platform runs on AWS (ECS Fargate) with PostgreSQL RDS in the us-east-1 region. The application runs as a non-root container user. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. Security headers including Content-Security-Policy, Strict-Transport-Security, X-Frame-Options, and X-Content-Type-Options are enforced on every response.
Audit Logging: All authentication events — logins, logouts, failed attempts, configuration changes, and seller account connections — are logged to a tamper-resistant audit trail with timestamps, user identity, and source IP address.
Data Retention: We retain anonymized (hashed/generalized) analytics data for the duration of your subscription. PII is anonymized within 30 days of order delivery in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy. Upon account termination, all data is permanently deleted within 30 days.
Incident Response: We maintain a documented incident response plan covering detection, containment, assessment, notification (to Amazon and affected sellers), and recovery procedures.

Frequently Asked Questions
What Amazon data does Cambria access?
Cambria connects to your Amazon seller accounts through the official Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API). We access inventory levels, sales and order data, advertising campaign performance, pricing and buy box status, account health notifications, and Subscribe & Save metrics. For Customer LTV analytics, we access order-level buyer information through Restricted Data Tokens — buyer emails are immediately hashed and shipping addresses are generalized to the state level before storage.
How do I connect my Amazon seller accounts?
You authorize Cambria through Amazon's official OAuth workflow. Click "Add Seller" in the dashboard, and you'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to grant permission. Your credentials are never shared with us — Amazon issues a secure token that we encrypt and store. You can disconnect any seller account at any time.
Can multiple team members access the dashboard?
Yes. Cambria supports per-user accounts with role-based permissions. Admins have full access to all features and settings. Viewers can be granted access to specific dashboards (Inventory, Ads, LTV, Creative Studio, etc.) based on their role. All user actions are logged for audit purposes.
Is my data shared with third parties?
No. Your Amazon data is never shared with, sold to, or accessed by any third party. Data is used solely to power the analytics and tools within your Cambria dashboard. The only external data egress is optional Slack notifications (which contain summary alerts, never PII) and on-demand Excel/PDF exports that are served directly to authenticated users.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Upon cancellation, all of your data — including inventory snapshots, order records, ad performance history, and creative assets — is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
What security certifications does Cambria have?
Cambria is built in compliance with Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Our infrastructure runs on AWS with encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, audit logging, and a documented incident response plan. We undergo Amazon's security assessment as part of the SP-API restricted role approval process.
